Are all perfumes original?

Yes. All perfumes offered by us are 100% original, new and come exclusively from authorized wholesalers or official distribution partners. We do not sell counterfeits, gray market goods, or used products.

Are the bottles new and unopened?

Yes. All full-size perfumes are delivered originally sealed.

Are the ingredients listed?

Yes. The legally required ingredients (INCI) are listed with each product or indicated on the manufacturer's original packaging.

Can I test a perfume and return it if I don't like it?

Opened or used perfumes are excluded from the right of return for hygiene and safety reasons.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared with the utmost care and handed over to Swiss Post on the next business day.

Shipping is done via Post Economy. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Which shipping service provider is used?

Shipping is reliably handled by Swiss Post (Post Economy).

Do I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

Can I return my order?

Unopened and originally sealed full-size perfumes can be returned in accordance with our return and cancellation policy.

How do I return an item?

Please send the goods back to the address given in the imprint, sufficiently stamped, by post. A return announcement by email is recommended.
