1.Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Atelier Spinitta online shop.

 

 

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

A purchase contract is only concluded once the order has been confirmed by Atelier Spinitta via e-mail.

 

 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Atelier Spinitta is not subject to VAT according to Art. 10 Swiss VAT Act; therefore, VAT is not shown separately.

The payment methods offered during checkout are available to the customer.

 

 

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer within Switzerland.

Orders placed on a business day are carefully packed on the same day and handed over to Swiss Post on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping is carried out with Swiss Post Economy. The regular delivery time is generally 2–3 business days from handover to Swiss Post.

Specified delivery times are estimates and non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. Atelier Spinitta accepts no liability for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Shipping is exclusively available within Switzerland. Orders with delivery addresses outside Switzerland will be automatically cancelled.

 

 

5. Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Atelier Spinitta voluntarily grants a return policy of 7 days after receipt of the goods, exclusively under the following conditions:

The products are unopened, unused and originally sealed
The goods are in their original condition

Excluded from the return policy are:

opened or used perfumes

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

A refund will be issued after inspection of the goods.

6. Warranty and Liability

The statutory provisions of Swiss law apply.

Liability for damages resulting from improper use, overuse or individual skin reactions is excluded.

The customer is responsible for checking the ingredients before using a fragrance and must refrain from use in the event of known intolerances or allergies.

 

 

7. Trademark Rights

All mentioned trademarks, logos and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used exclusively for product description purposes.

 

 

8. Privacy Policy

The current privacy policy of Atelier Spinitta applies.

 

 

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
