Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Atelier Spinitta voluntarily grants a return policy of 7 days after receipt of the goods, exclusively under the following conditions:

• The products are unopened, unused and originally sealed
  
• The goods are in their original condition

Excluded from the return policy are:

• opened or used perfumes

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

A refund will be issued after inspection of the goods.
