Shipping policy

Shipping is exclusively available within Switzerland.

Orders with a delivery address outside Switzerland will be automatically cancelled.

Each order is prepared with the utmost care, precision and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure that your selected fragrance leaves our boutique in flawless and elegant condition.

Orders are usually carefully packed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Handover to the shipping provider generally takes place on the following business day.

Orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed and handed over to the shipping provider on the next business day.

Shipping within Switzerland is carried out with Swiss Post Economy.

The regular delivery time is generally 2–3 business days from the handover to Swiss Post.

Please note that no shipping processing takes place on weekends or official public holidays.

In individual cases, slight delays may occur due to increased shipping volumes or external circumstances.
