Your order will be packed and made ready for dispatch with the utmost care within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Handover to the shipping company will take place on the next working day.

Atelier Spinitta voluntarily grants you a 7-day right of return after receipt of the goods.

The prerequisite is that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used perfumes are excluded from exchange.

The customer bears the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued after careful inspection of the goods.
